From Spec to Steel
Nothing gets drawn until the spec is yours. Five stages, from first conversation to delivery.
01 : How We Engineer
Not a lab.
A custom shop.
Innovation at Pacesetter engineers every trailer around one customer's work, and it shows in the builds nobody else would take on.
02 : From Spec to Steel
How your trailer
gets built
The same five stages carry every build through the shop, whether it's a 35 ton lowbed or the 13-axle.
- 01Consult & SpecWe ask what you want: capacity, configuration, how you load and haul. Nothing gets drawn until the spec is yours.
- 02Engineering & DrawingsWe engineer the build and send drawings for your approval before any steel is cut.
- 03FabricationBuilt from the QT-100 steel frame to the smallest weld, in our Langley shop.
- 04Finish & InspectionCustom paint, any color you want. Every detail completed and inspected before it leaves the shop.
- 05DeliveryBuilt and delivered across North America. Our warranty is our word: we make it right.
Engineered twice: on paper, then in steel

The proof is the weld.
Compare the work. Compare the value.
Flagship Build
The 85-ton,
13-axle.
Our biggest, most unusual build: an 85 ton rig with a remote bump-steer booster that the pilot car steers around corners. It carries over 200,000 pounds all in. When the haul is unusual, the engineering is the answer.
